Jennie Casey is a play therapist and a member of the Irish Association of Play Therapy and Psychotherapy. Jennie is in her final year of training as a child and adolescent psychotherapist (specialising in play) with The Children’s Therapy Centre. Using creative approaches, this is a humanistic and integrative training which is attachment and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on neurobiology and sensory play.
Jennie is a fully qualified forest school leader and a member of the Irish Forest School Association and is certified in Nature Based Play Therapy. She was awarded a first-class-honours degree in Drama from Trinity College and has experience in drama-in-education.
